In addition, students have the option of checking out hard copies of style guides and reference books from the Writing Center (see the "Print Resources" section on the Resources and Exercisespage). • APA Style. This link from the Purdue University OWL shows how to use the American Psychological Association style when writing papers. It includes information on writing in-text citations, creating a reference list, and using endnotes/footnotes. 
  
  
• Citing Laws and Court Cases. This page gives examples and instruction for citing laws, acts, court cases, and other similar documents.
  
  
• Internal Citations. Need help citing references within your paper? This page from the Writing Center of the University of Wisconsin-Madison includes information about several different styles including APA, MLA, APSA (American Political Science Association), and CBE (Council of Biology Editors).
  
  
• MLA Style. This link from the Purdue University OWL gives instruction and examples showing how to write parenthetical citations, include others’ quotes in your writing, cite electronic sources, and create a works cited list according to the Modern Language Association Format.
